Delivery of Goods

We can deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom although for deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses and certain remote locations e.g. Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands there may be an additional delivery charge and slightly longer delivery lead time.  This charge will be shown clearly during the checkout process.

For your first order goods will only be delivered to the cardholder’s address. Thereafter goods can be delivered either to your home address, an alternative address or to your place of work.

Your order will be delivered either by Royal Mail, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery or by Courier.  A signature is required for all Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery and Courier deliveries.

Delivery Charges

If a product is available to purchase online, post and packaging is charged in addition to the prices shown, unless indicated otherwise. We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible, but please understand that many of these products are quite heavy and therefore can cost quite a lot to send relative to thier purchase price. We send most of our orders in custom made double wall cardboard boxes that cost almost £1 each and this has to be relfected in the P&P charges. The delivery charge depends on the total weight of the product(s) ordered and are as follows:

up to 30kg	£7.99	Sent by DHL on a 1-3 day courier service. More than 95% of shipments are delivered next day. Requires a signature on delivery. Shipments to offshore locations cost more and are usually sent by UPS.

When you add products to your shopping cart the appropriate charge will be added automatically.  All delivery charges will be shown clearly throughout the checkout process.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or National Bank Holidays). 

From the receipt of your order we will endeavour to ship your item within 24 hours (usually we manage to ship on the same day for orders received before 3pm). Whilst we often achieve a next day delivery you should allow up to 7 working days for your item to be delivered. If quick delivery is important for you please call us on 0845 009 5021 and we'll see what we can do to ensure you get your order in time. 

Deliveries to non-Mainland or remote locations may take longer.

Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery.

Signed for Deliveries

Goods delivered by courier should arrive between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.  All deliveries must be signed for.  If you are out when the courier arrives the Courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.
