How much is shipping?

We keep our shipping costs to a minimum and the exact cost will be detailed when you 'checkout'. The price varies according to the weight of the item(s) you order.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times do vary depending on where you live, however our approximate delivery times are:

UK: 1 - 5 business days

Please remember these are business days, weekends and bank holidays are not included. We cannot action any queries until these periods of time have been reached so please be patient. Occassionally there are delays beyond these times that are beyond our control - wherever possible we aim to inform you of these.

Can I track my order?

You can track your order with us using 'My Account'. To log in use your email address and the password supplied in your Order Confirmation email.

Online Shopping

How to Order

Browse through our wide range of products, using the links to the left, and add the products to your basket.

When you checkout you will need to register. If you have not shopped with us before then enter your email address but leave the password field blank. If you have shopped with us before then please enter your email address and also type in your password. Your password can be found in your order confirmation email. If you don't have this to hand then you can request your password in the 'My Account' section.

Once you have done this you'll need to select your billing country, shipping country and enter your postcode. If you have a code for a discount you'll need to enter this here too.

The next step is selecting which delivery service you wish to use.

Next you will need to enter your personal details such as your name, address and shipping information.

When you click on 'Make the Order' you will be sent to our secure server where you can safely enter your payment details. If your order is successful then you will see a confirmation screen and also be sent an email with details regarding your order as well as your 'My Account' password to track your order.

How to Pay

We accept all major credit or debit cards. You can also send your order via post to us with a cheque or postal order made payable to 'Auto Best Buy Ltd'.

Safe, secure shopping

Your security is important to us

We understand that you may have concerns about ordering online. However, we pride ourselves on offering our customers a safe, secure environment to order online from.

Transaction Encryption
The transfer of the purchase details from the retailers site are encapsulated using our own encrypted and digitally-signed protocol. This uses a combination of standard methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5 to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof.

Security for the Shopper
Any communication between the shopper and us is also encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the shopper's browser using TLS or 128 Bit SSL. Shoppers are also protected from fraudulent use of their card in a "card not present" environment, by their card issuers. The card issuers provides the right for shopper to dispute a transaction if the goods/services did not arrive or if the card was used fraudulently.

These steps all ensure that your details are secure - and far more secure than they would be should you give them over the telephone or face to face in store. Ordering online means that NO ONE sees your payment details, thus ensuring the best possible security.

Delivery and Returns

When will my order be dispatched?

If your order is received Monday to Friday before 2pm GMT then it will be dispatched the same day. Any orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day. You can check when your order is dispatched by logging onto 'My Account'.

I haven't received my goods

We're sorry to hear this. Firstly, please ensure you have allowed the appropriate length of time for delivery of the products - they could still be on their way. You need to allow:

UK: 1 - 5 business days

If you have allowed this much time then please do the following. Firstly check with your neighbours and anyone who may have taken the parcel in. Also check with your local mail sorting office who may be holding the parcel awaiting your collection.

If this still does not locate the parcel then please contact us.

I want to return my order

You can return your order for exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery.

All returns must be in the same, unopened condition as they were sent in. If this is not the case then you will need to contact us first.

Please note that any products returned to us are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you receive proof of postage and also package the returns adequately in a strong box. 'Jiffy' bags are not suitable as the products will get damaged.

Any refunds/exchanges will be actioned on the day we receive the goods back.

Please ensure you are using the password that is detailed in your order confirmation email.You can change this password once you have logged into your account.

I have lost/forgotten my password

If you need a reminder of your password then please go to 'My Account' - you will see a box that says 'Forgotten your password?'. Type your email address here and click on 'Remind me'. An email will then be sent to your registered email address with a reminder of your password.

We only use tracking facilities, such as Cookies, in the operation of our Shopping Cart System. We do not use any of the data collected in these. If you feel that you have received email from Auto Best Buy when you did not consent for this, then please Contact Us and we will immediately remove you from our mailing list.
